Notification: Holiday Van Sales at Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay & Halifax Holiday Parks
UPDATE 9 December 2011: As a result of ongoing discussions with Crown Lands, Port Stephens Council has been granted restricted approval to progress a limited holiday van sale period. The Crown Lands Division has determined it will only consent to the sale of holiday vans that are located on sites not previously identified for development in the draft Plans of Management.
This approach is not supported by Council or the PSCCA who will endeavor to progress this matter to achieve a more acceptable outcome. In the meantime a site restricted sale period will commence in the new year the sale period will commence on 1st February and will conclude on the 31 March 2012.
The management of Beachside Holiday Parks with the support of the PSCCA will continue to work with Crown Lands to find a satisfactory resolution to provide all van owners with the opportunity to sell now and in the future.

UPDATE 4 November 2011: Recent meetings with the Crown Lands have been positive and we are hopeful that there will be an opportunity to commence a holiday van sale period this year. Council is currently waiting for written advice and all going well it is our intention to commence a holiday van sale period prior to the Christmas school holidays. Specific details will be communicated as soon as this advice is received.
All holiday van owners who have notified their intention to sell with the park reception will be contacted directly.
